Upload Parameters

Please see video filming requirements from mobile phone or computer:

From your mobile phone:

• Video to be shot horizontally. NOT PORTRAIT mode
• Settings: 60 fps or 120 fps (frames per second)
• Format 4k or 1920 x 1080p
• Lighting: should be facing you not behind or to the side you
• Audio: A quiet, non-windy environment is preferred

From your computer:

PC Instructions

• Press the Windows key on the keyboard to open search
• Type “Camera” to search for the camera application
• Select the camera application to open the application
• Find video recorder icon on the right side of the application

Mac Instructions

• In the Photo Booth app on your Mac, if you see the View Photo Preview button or the View Video Preview button , click it to see the Take Photo button or the Record Video button
• Click the Video button in the bottom left
• Click the Record Video button . Click the Stop button when you finish recording
